She steps in and chats with DK and makes sure he remains calm. Then in the second hour its Becky Blanton. Author, survivor of UFO abduction and journalist. We discuss Becky's book Bloodline and she gives a few copies away and announces a special just for the listeners. We talk about abductions, the alien races, political corruption, UFO's in the bible and so much more. Take a trip to outer space with us, in this exciting episode.

Besides be the contributer of our weekly segment Moron of the Week, she is the co-host of the S&M Rants podcast, author of the blog Your Dose of Lunacy, actress, and comedian. So instead of 5 minutes with her we sit down for 2 hours. We discuss all kinds of crazy things like, weird 911 calls, strange news, the pilot who blew a gasket and much more. DK brings some stories to the show in hopes of impressing the sultan of all things strange. We talk about Monicas recent interviews, her show and podcasting in general. Episode Notes: I know we always say that its a cant miss episode but this one is truly one for the ages. Check this out. First we bring in Frank G Poe jr to talk about his near death experience and his 2 novels. Only to find out that our guest is the reincarnation of Edgar Allen Poe! Surprised? So was your host! Listen to DK interview Edgar, to try and disiphere his take on dieng and reincarnation. Its an interesting interview to say the least. Then from the over whelming response from his appearance 12-28-2011. We bring back Tom Moore. Tom talks about movies, belovent outcomes, guardian angles, parallel worlds and time lines. But even Tom continues the strange pace of the night when he announces that in 2017 he will be beamed to the mother ship, and be allowed to take pictures. So we think you may want to come in and check this show out. The only thing thats missing is the look on DK's face. Monica Hamburg also checks in with another installment of Moron of the Week.

Episode Notes: This week at the water cooler we start things out with sports expert John Greenburg, topics include free agency, small market teams, intent to injure and Joe Paterno's legacy. Then its the 3rd time Todd Card and his prolifac horror visit the show. As ususal DK gets Todd to open up about things he probably would not discuss with anyone else. Listen hear to find out about Hell Cometh, and the series to follow, the new book Cheating the Dead. Answers about the questions raised in the prologue. The possibillity of the books becoming busy, and so much more. Monica Hamburg appears with her moron of the week, and we premiere on a new affiliate network PTVN.

Episode Notes: Welcome to the water cooler. This week in preparation for setting our clocks ahead and anticipation of the warmer weather, we welcome Rich Decker. Rich has 23 years of fitness experience, he operates Studio 89 where he trains stars and former athletes like Keith Hernandez, Kelly Rippa, and Mathew Broderick just to name a few. He is the inventor of such things has the Pit and the Wedge. He believes in using resistance training has apposed to weights hear why. We discuss getting in shape for the summer, diets, when to eat, and what are the best beverages for exercising and heat. Then its Lura Ketlage, author, film maker, paranormal and near death experience survivor. We discuss near death experiences, ghosts and Luras perception of physics in general. Then we discover how Lura approached her writing a little differently then most by doing the screenplays first. Also her love for horses and her upcoming low budget film which is a zombie movie that she claims is a cross between Blazing Saddles and Dawn of the Dead. Monica Hamburg checks in with her Moron of the Week.

 Episode Notes: Just another night at the water cooler? Never! Tonights show is filled with twist and turns. First we go on a coast to coast typo hunt, with Benjamin and Jeff the authors of the book The Great American Typo Hunt. Join us has we discuss about what caused them to start this road trip, their adventures along the way, the typo survival kit, the 5 rules of typo hunting, girlfriends reactions, and so much more. Then in the 2nd hour its physcic Tori Hartman who joins us. Tori who resides in Los Angelas. Explains how she came to garner these special skills and design the deck that she now uses. DK gets a reading he didnt expect, and we answer several requests and take some phone calls. Tori's energy is contagious and her insight is refreshing.

Back to the water cooler we go with DK. Tonight we welcome Pete Trubucca , roller coaster and thrill ride enthusiast, author, and reality TV creator. We discuss the biggest and fastest roller coasters in North America, thrill rides, amusement parks, super fast go carts, stunt planes and space simulators. Pete also has advice for over coming the fear of roller coasters. Then its Iaan Mckinnon from Scotland talking about his latest novel Remains of the Dead. We also discuss diseases, storms and other things that could plague the world. We explore the world of zombies through Iaans eyes, and also discuss what its like to right books like this and other projects he has coming up. Monica Hamburg returns to ATW this week with her moron of the week.


Episode 7 recorded February 15th-One of those nights, Christopher Davis and Olga Horvat 
After having to cancel Verbal Oragami with technical difficulties this week, the drama continues, but the show goes on. Our first guest could not attend the show, so we bring in Christopher Davis host of Valley Ghost Hunters to fill in. Then we speak to author Olga Horvat of Paranormal Pet. We discuss her story of their pet toy poodle named princess. Seems innocent enough until you hear oh this dog is possessed by an evil spirit. Does your dog see spirits, or is it possessed. We discuss it all on this episode of At the Water Cooler.


Episode 6 recorded February 8th-Valentines Special with Marie Debuque

Join us this week at the water cooler for our Valentines day special.  Our guest this week is Marie Debuque relationship and manners expert.  She wastes no time cornering DK for his plans on Valentines day (which she proclaims a hallmark holiday) with his lovely wife Izzbia, to her surprise he is pretty prepared, in theory at least.  Following the opening conversation is a light hearted whimsical conversation that covers a wide variety of Valentines and relationship topics,  They talk about destinations, presents, dating tips, for married, dating and single people.  Then we have a caller by the name of Chris who is looking for advice on his long distance relationship.  Not to mention he cant meet the right girl but he does not like to leave his house.  How does our expert panel respond to this?  We have listener emails and a whole lot more.  So grab your significant other and a glass of wine, and enjoy an evening with DK and Marie.

Its War Stories of two totally different types this week at the water cooler. First DK talks to Patrick Thibeault author of My Journey has a Combat Medic, from Desert Storm to Operation Freedom. Patrick tells us not only about his book but what it is like to be a medic at ground zero, and the comparison between Iraq and Afghanistan. Then its Laurie Champion author of Never Forever Dead, speaking about hostile haunts and her wars against the undead. Hear Laurie claim that she is not a ghost hunter and explain where it all began from her hostile childhood experience. We get a chance to listen to actual EVP's Laurie has recorded on her excursions. DK approaches these 2 interviews with tough but interesting questions that the other shows just wont ask.

Episode 4 recorded January 25th-The return of Doc Lucky

 Doc Lucky Meisenhiemer makes his return to the water cooler for this episode. This guy has accomplished so much that he needed a whole show to himself. Wait till you here, and he is still going. Author of the Immune and The Zombie Cause, the worlds largest collection of Yo Yo's, champion open water swimmer, chief dermatologist, under water hockey, swim coach. What else you will have to join us. By far the Doc is one of the most interesting guests to come to the water cooler. DK has a chance to analyze Barak Obamas state of the union speech, what is all the spilled milk about. Then its an interesting story about cyber stalking. All this on one jam packed episode.

Episode 3 recorded January 18th 2012-Kenneth Weene and Jeff Hilling



Its January 18th and the strike to stop SOPA and PIPA is on. Instead of boycotting and robbing you of our show, we decided to play informational segments on the commercial breaks instead of the regular commercials. Our first guest is Kenneth Weene the author of the book Memoirs From the Asylum. Kenneth tells us about the three main characters who live in a strange world inside of a fictional psychiatric hospital. Kenneth worked at an asylum for many years so among other things we dont just talk about the patients but the impact this different environment has on the staff. Next its Jeff Hilling the author of the book Not Another Bigfoot Movie,What really happened on October 20 1967 (The audio in this segment is not up to par, we were having feedback from our guest). Jeff claims this famous Paterson footage is still the most conclusive footage of Big Foot even though it is some 40 years old. He gives a non biased opinion of the famous Sasquatch. He is one of the top experts in his field. We also discussed modern time Cryptozoologists and there credibility in the field.

Join us this week for two interesting guests at the water cooler. First Felice Cohen author of What Papa Told Me stops in. We hear first hand from her grandfather about what it was like to survive the holocaust in 8 labor and concentration camps in Germany during WW 2. Find out how he has turned tragedy into triumph time and time again. Also listen in has Felice tells us about her designing company for small spaces, organizing everything in life, and a unique walk in the dark in NYC. Then its Pamela Bitterman who tells us about life on the high seas upon a tall ship from Sweden named Sophia. Hear about her 4 years at sea, the coming and going of different characters, how she met her husband of 29 years and how all this played into the perfect storm off the coast of New Zealand and the ultimate demise of the ship. Then we bring in K.W. Kesler a real life demonologest and author of Demonology 101. First we talk about Absinthe the liquor used by Wicans and then we dive into the real world of demon hunting and real life stories.
